This class is simple, efficient, and to the point for expecting parents. Our class goes beyond basic birth anatomy and physiology and helps you discover your own desires for pregnancy, labor and birth, how to move naturally, role play various labor and delivery scenarios, and make a postpartum plan. This class is definitely for the modern woman (and partner) that does not have time to mess around.

We believe in healing, and we believe in honoring our bodies throughout the journey. This is our strength and conditioning postpartum training program for all births - vaginal or cesarean. The program starts with breath work and body awareness. Then, integrates breath and awareness together through innate motor patterns (those movement patterns we are designed for as humans). And finally, we add a bit of load or increase the volume or try some dynamic movement.

Breath & Flow is a special edition of our Postpartum series. This is perfect for newly postpartum mamas who has had a baby in last 4-12 weeks or are looking to build a solid foundation of their core and pelvic floor. Working with Dr. Becky and connecting with other women, you'll create intentional movement practices and prepare - both physically and non-physically - for your recovery during postpartum.
